At The Smile Center we strive to make dentistry more affordable for you. We accept almost all insurance plans, including Minnesota Care and Medical Assistance. If for some reason you are not enrolled in an insurance plan, we have a great pre-pay alternative to insurance.
Offering three levels of benefits!
The following plans are offered as an alternative to conventional dental insurance, and are not available as an additional coverage for patients covered by other plans.
SMILE CENTER GREEN
$150 per person
Includes: complete dental exam, periodic dental exam,
two cleanings, panoramic x-ray, and two bite-wing x-rays.
All other services discounted 15%.
SMILE CENTER GOLD
$650 per person
Includes: Smile Center Green coverage, plus $500 of services
discounted 20%. All other services discounted 20% after $500 is
used. $500 is transferable to the following year if not used.
SMILE CENTER PLATINUM
$1,150 per person
Includes: Smile Center Green coverage, plus $1,000 of services
discounted 25%. All other services discounted 25% after $1,000 is used.
$1,000 is transferable to the following year if not used.
